You need JavaScript enabled to view it , and the teens of Living Hope Christian Church for fun and challenging discussions about what it means to be a follower of Christ in a culture that sees Christianity as just one more religion, or worse, as a religion of hatred, narrow-mindedness, and intolerance. Are we being salt and light in the world, or leading people to believe that Jesus was a mere man with no power to change lives here and eternally? Why do we claim that there is only one way to God, and His name is Jesus? Why do we believe that a collection of 66 books written over a period of time over 2000 years ago has any relevance for today's teenager? What's the big deal about being a Christian, when there are really nice and moral people of other faiths?

Come out on Sunday evenings and talk about the answers to these questions and more. Parents are free to stick around and listen in, or talk to Pastor Peter and each other!

 Prayer Breakfast

We're having our monthly Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, June 12th at 9 am at Living Hope Christian Church's building. Each time we meet, we have an opportunity to follow the wonderful New Testament model of believers in Christ coming together to pray.

Praying together is always a time of great encouragement, as we come alongside one another to seek God's will and ask Him to intervene in the various needs we have. And praising God together for who He is, and not just what He does for us, is always a time of great refreshing and reminding of what a wonderful God we have -- and who has called us to be His people!

Bring a dish or beverage to share as we share a meal afterward.

For more information, call Pastor Peter at 667-0775.
